Jewels Tauzin
Founder
"I started Sweet Girls Eat in January of 2025 with the hope that feeding ourselves could become something nourishing and connective! I want eating and fueling ourselves as women to feel joyful, interesting, and attuned to our bodies. My favorite restaurants in the city are Jojo, Margot, and King. When I’m not cooking, I love to go out to dinner and walk the west side highway."
Mackenzie Alpert
Co-Founder
"Growing up, the kitchen was the heart of our house: it’s where I first learned to cook and where my appreciation for bringing people together truly began. So, when Sweet Girls Eats launched last year, I was incredibly grateful to join from the very beginning. To share a bit about my "death row" New York City meal line-up, these are the dishes I’d choose without hesitation: the strip steak from Anton’s, anything from Zimmi’s, the shrimp curry from Soothr, and finally, the classic kale salad from Westville."
Chloe Kim
Operations and Growth
"I first joined Sweet Girls Eat because I loved how it made eating both exciting and nourishing. On a day-to-day basis, I help streamline the order system & am working on projects for the future (PS. I always relay cute order notes to Jewels). My favorite restaurants include the Four Horsemen and Casa Mono, and I love an early Solid State Coffee morning."
Reese Landry
Culinary Nutritionist
"Hi girls! My name is Reese Landry. I’m a recent graduate of the University of Florida with a BS in nutritional sciences, and have recently started culinary school at ICE! I reached out to Jewels because I saw the community she was building and immediately knew it was something I needed to be a part of. I am all about creating nourishing menus and helping you understand how our food loves you back. I only recently moved to the city, so if you have any restaurants to recommend I am always looking for new spots to try! "
Eduardo Ramirez
Head Chef
"I’m Chef Eduardo R. I’ve spent years in New York’s restaurant world, building my passion for bold flavors and thoughtful hospitality. I believe great food doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s about fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and genuine care. At Sweet Girls Eat, my goal is to bring restaurant-quality meals to busy New Yorkers, making healthy eating something to actually look forward to."
Daria Sprague
Head Chef
"I’ve always loved all things food. Growing up, I loved cooking with my family, hosting dinner parties for friends, and of course, eating all along the way. As Head Chef at Sweet Girls Eat, I’m lucky enough to pursue my passion by preparing nourishing meals every week! When not in the kitchen, you can find me sipping a cappuccino at Oslo, flipping through a Barefoot Contessa cookbook, or walking through the farmers’ market for seasonal inspiration."
