do you do modifications?
While we can’t make a separate batch of something, you can select other items on the menu that don’t interfere with an allergy or restriction you have. For instance, if you’re gluten free and there’s an item on the menu that has orzo, select 2 of a different item.
However, we DO modifications for vegetarians (easy to just leave out the meat)!

is this food good for me?
Yes!! We are an all organic kitchen, don’t use seed oils, and are all about eating with good ingredients so you can eat yummy. We never want our meals to feel restrictive and we aren’t counting calories over here. But we do want to feel good!

5 24 oz containers (10~ lunch and dinner meals), 2 breakfasts, and a sweet treat!
